Prairie Harbor Yacht Club currently has a limited number of 40′, 60′, and 80′ slips available for purchase. Purchasing a slip will save money over time, as the annual dues are much lower than seasonal rental with optional amenities. Purchase of a PHYC slip includes PHYC Membership at no additional cost (slip rental does not include Membership). Annual Dues are assessed in January of each year, and we offer a 5% discount on those dues if they are paid in full before January 31 of each year.

PHYC members enjoy access to our club house, heated swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, private beach, dockside pump out, and all other PHYC amenities (including reciprocity at any other Yachting Club of America facility).

Current pricing for slip sales is as follows:

40′ slip – $16,500 (only 2 still available for purchase!)

60′ slip – $21,000 (only 7 still available for purchase!)

80′ slip – $23,000 (only 5 still available for purchase!)

Lease Purchase Program

For even greater savings, PHYC offers a Lease Purchase Program. Sign up for a two year lease with a non-refundable deposit, and at the end of the two years, PHYC will apply one year of leasing fees towards the purchase price. You will effectively get one season free.
